To ALL users:
My name is Marc Adams and I am the Technical Support Supervisor for Teleflex Marine Hydraulic Steering Systems (SeaStar, BayStar, Hynautic and Capilano).

We have joined this site to assist all Pro-Line Owners with accurate in regards to our systems.

We do not have the luxury of monitoring this site all day, however we will do our best to do so.

If you have questions regarding our products (or any hydraulic steering system for that matter), please send us an email to the address shown in my signature below.

As techs, we pride ourselves on getting with customers as fast as possible. Some days are very busy and it may take awhile, other days it will be almost immediate.

If you post a new thread on this site, please title it SeaStar or BayStar. We will be searching out those titles to quicken the replies to you.

If you email it would be great if you could include the following information, this will allow for quick, precise answers to your questions

* engine make, model, year
* description of problem that you may be having
* all part numbers (if you cannot find a part number, take a photo, a photo speaks a thousand words)

We ask that you keep it clean and human. we are here to help and that is all, we cannot get into lengthy posts on this site as previously stated, we do not have the luxury of time to monitor consistently..
